2. Booking & Payments

All studio bookings must be made in advance through our online system. Our platform allows users to check available slots and confirm their reservations instantly. To secure a booking, full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

We accept payments via Razorpay, ensuring a secure and seamless transaction process. Customers will receive a confirmation email after successful payment. In case of any discrepancies, please contact our support team.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

If OnO Studios cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, facility maintenance), the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. For any issues, please reach out to our customer support.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must respect the studio equipment and facilities at all times. Misuse or negligence leading to damage may result in additional charges.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the recording areas to maintain cleanliness and prevent equipment damage.
• Any damage caused by the user will be assessed by our team, and the cost of repairs will be charged accordingly.
• Recording sessions must comply with local laws and regulations. Any content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• Clients must vacate the studio at the end of their reserved time to avoid delays for the next session.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the user. OnO Studios is not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Liability & Indemnification

OnO Studios is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during a client’s use of our facilities. Users agree to indemnify and hold OnO Studios harmless from any claims arising from their activities.

Clients are advised to handle equipment responsibly and adhere to safety guidelines provided by our staff.

6. Privacy Policy

OnO Studios values your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for operational and communication purposes. We do not share user data with third parties without consent.
