At OnO Studios, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This policy outlines our return and refund process for bookings and services.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- If there is a technical issue or studio malfunction preventing the session.
- If the payment was made incorrectly due to a billing error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the booking).
- No-shows without prior notice.
- Completed studio sessions (as the service has already been rendered).
4. How to Request a Refund

- Full Name
- Booking ID
- Booking Date & Time
- Reason for Refund Request
- Payment Transaction ID
5. Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
